Some customers, Stewart tells me, order a side of the sauce to go. I’m not surprised. Our server brought us spoons for the occasion to sample the creamy sweetness and subtle heat on its own. We resisted extra bread, as there was much to taste, but it’s something you might want to ask for upfront.
